We had incepted the company Okay Enterprises in the year 1991 and since its inception it has been vastly involved in the trading for spare parts for automobiles. Under the brand name of Okay Enterprises, we have been producing flawless and globally approved in terms of quality parts for light motor vehicles, two wheelers and others. We have established a strong recognition for our branded products catering to a wide network of dealers across India.

We have a manufacturing unit under the name of O'Kay Industries, whereby we are engaged in the production of parts for two wheelers like -handle bars, and a wide range of motorcycle silencers, exhaust pipes, control cables, side stand, piston and rugs, bearing bush etc.

We also specialize in the manufacturing of Gaskets, oil seals, electrical items, all types of sheet metal and pipes items, axles for front and rear wheels, springs and all types of control cables. These spares are successfully running in the foreign markets under the brand name 'Precis'.

We are presently exporting to African Countries and France and have been able to develop good skills in procurement as well as manufacturing and developing new items. These items are sold to famous export houses in India, which in turn are exported to International buyers. O'Kay Enterprises comprises of a highly qualified and technically experienced team of professionals. Exporting to Foreign countries have made us acquire good skills in procuring, manufacturing and test marketing all the developed spare parts in the International market. The company has specialised itself to be able to cater two wheelers spares namely: Honda, Yamaha Kawasaki, Suzuki, Kinetic, Honda Activa, Vespa & Bajaj Scooters Mopeds like Hero Puch.
